Matthew Holt - Court Services AdministratorCourt Services Administrator - Responsible for the general oversight supervision and administration of all juvenile court services for the Second Judicial Circuit, including Juvenile Court Field Services, Secure Detention Services, Residential Treatment Services and Administrative Services and is responsible for the development and enforcement of policies, procedures and for the development of programs and services for the Juvenile Court and other areas of the court as assigned by the Presiding Circuit Judge. In addition to general supervision responsibility, the Court Services Administrator, is the primary financial officer and has responsibility for the administration of the budget and financial data for Juvenile Court Services for the Circuit and other areas assigned by the Presiding Circuit Judge.

Chief Juvenile Officer/Detention Superintendent - Responsible for the daily supervision of all field service operations of all Deputy Juvenile Officers for the Second Judicial Circuit and has primary supervision of all abuse/neglect cases, delinquency cases and status offense cases pending in the Second Judicial Circuit Court, Juvenile Division. As the Detention Superintendent, the Chief Juvenile Officer is responsible for the supervision and management of the sixteen bed secure detention unit operated by the Bruce Normile Juvenile Justice Center.

Director of Residential Services - Responsible for the supervision and management of the sixteen bed licensed residential unit operated by the Bruce Normile Juvenile Justice Center. The Director of Residential Services in cooperation with the Court Services Administrator is responsible for the development of programs and services for the treatment unit and for the placement of children on said unit.

Director of Clerical Services - Serves as the administrative assistant to the Court Services Administrator and has primary responsibility for the supervision of all administrative technical support and clerical staff. The Director of Clerical Services is responsible for record maintenance and security.
